Manuel and his co-host, also Manuel, were both great. There was a mix-up about needing a car seat that I think was due to my inexperience using the app. Manuel made a 45 minute round trip to go get it so that we could take our infant daughter in the car. While I’m sure that wasn’t an ideal way to spend his time, he was really friendly and helpful. The car itself was clean, got good gas mileage and had no issues. Definitely recommend
